Reception is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, with the exception of persons who have made an appointment.

Citizens and representatives of legal entities with themselves must have documents proving their identity
(passport, residence permit, refugee certificate), and for representatives of legal entities an additional document,
confirming their authority.
