Electronic addresses of citizens and legal entities are sent to the Vitebsk Regional Committee of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection (hereinafter – the committee) via the global computer network Internet to the email address (priroda@vitebsk.by) or posted in this category of the official website of the committee.

Electronic appeals of citizens, including individual entrepreneurs (hereinafter referred to as citizens), and legal entities submitted to the committee are subject to review in the manner established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011 “On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities” (National Register of Legal Acts Of the Republic of Belarus, July 25, 2011, N 83, 2/1852), for consideration of written requests.

We ask you to carefully familiarize yourself with the general requirements for the preparation of electronic messages that are posted in this section of the official site.

Electronic circulation is set out in Belarusian or Russian.

Electronic applications of citizens should contain:
surname, first name, middle name or initials of a citizen;
the address of the place of residence (residence) of the citizen;
statement of the essence of the appeal;
Citizen email address.

Electronic applications of legal entities should contain:
full name of the legal entity; location of the legal entity; statement of the essence of the appeal;
surname, first name, patronymic of the person authorized to sign the appeal;
legal entity email address.

Electronic copies of documents may be attached to electronic messages.

Electronic applications are considered no later than 15 days, and those requiring additional study and verification – no later than 1 month.

Answers to electronic messages are sent in electronic form to the email address specified in the electronic application, or in writing to the address of the place of residence (residence) of the citizen or the location of the legal entity in cases established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities “.

Left without consideration on the merits of the appeal, which:
set out not in Belarusian or Russian;
do not contain the name, first name, patronymic, address of the place of residence (residence) of the citizen;
they do not contain the full name of the legal entity and the address of its location, last name, proper name, patronymic name of the manager or a person authorized to sign appeals in the prescribed manner (for legal entities);
contain unreadable text;
contain obscene or offensive words or expressions;
subject to consideration in accordance with the legislation on constitutional legal proceedings, civil, civil procedural, economic procedural, criminal procedural legislation, legislation defining the procedure of the administrative process, legislation on administrative procedures or in accordance with legislative acts establish a different procedure for submitting and considering such appeals;
contain questions that are not within the competence of the Vitebsk Regional Committee of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection;
resubmitted if it has already been considered on the merits and it does not contain new circumstances that are relevant to the consideration of the merits;
correspondence with the applicant terminated.

The withdrawal of an electronic application is carried out by submitting a written application or sending an application in electronic form in the same way that the electronic application was sent.
